30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We back all of our products with a money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will gladly refund your purchase price (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be returned in like new condition with all parts and accessories to ensure full credit.  No restocking fees, no nonsense, no hassle. Simply obtain a RMA number and return the product back to us.

Warranty Service

  • We warranty all of our products for 90 days from date of purchase.
  • To request warranty service or arrange for return, please obtain a RMA number.  See below for more information on RMA’s.
  • Customers in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada:
    • The customer must ship the product to us freight prepaid when returning a unit for warranty service.
    • We typically ship the product back to you via UPS Ground.
  • Customers outside the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada:
    • The customer must ship the product to us freight prepaid when returning a unit for warranty service.
    • The customer will be responsible for shipping charges when we return the product back to you. We typically ship the product back to you via International UPS.The warranty does not cover abuse or misuse of the product.

RMA Procedure

  • All products returned to TinCanTools for any reason (warranty repair, refund, etc...) must have a RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • In order to obtain an RMA number from TinCanTools.com, contact us by email: support@tincantools.com.
  • After receiving an RMA number, please ship your package to:

  • We recommend that you insure and track any package sent to us. We are not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost in transit.
  • Include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase inside the package.
